Hi. I’m Sarah, a life coach for teens and young adults—and their parents.
Did you know that you can talk back to your brain?
That you can stop feeling crippled by anxiety and weighed down in depression?
That you—as parents—can find peace, direction and support while loving a struggling child who may not want help?
I can show you how.
Come learn about the best gift you can give yourself or your family—understand who you are, and how to take charge of your emotions.

Parents, I would love to help you…
Take back your power over your own happiness by learning to manage your brain.
Understand what your job is and isn’t, and how to be a good parent to your teen and young adult children.
Learn to coach yourself and your child.
Let me introduce my professional self:
-
For the last eight years, I have used my training in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator—the official version of 16 Personalities—to help college students decide on a major, to help adults understand who they are and why they do what they do, and to help empty nesters find their next big thing.
-
Over time, I integrated the theories of the Enneagram, Adult/Integral Development, Character Arc/Stories, and Polarities into my work. These coaching systems help clients understand the obstacles that are holding them back from being their best selves, how they or their family members’ brains can outgrow their dominant culture, the joys and character goals of their current stage of life, and how to find balance in their busy lives.
-
Then I found The Life Coach School, where I learned how to help clients apply all of this knowledge about themselves into their lives in a consistent way, helping them take control of their brains and let go of guilt, worry, overwhelm, and self-doubt.
-
I can help you figure out your gifts and talents and give direction on choosing a major/career. I can teach you skills and a system to manage your brain in the face of anxiety and depression. Let me help you build a bright future for yourself.
-
Let me help you become your best parenting self, even under the pressure of children with mental health battles.
