This is where we put names to your gifts and talents—the ones that you can’t display on stage. We talk about what came easy for you, and what came hard.

I help you find where you fit in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory systems and help you start thinking about goals that include something you are good at, that you enjoy doing, and that fit into your life circumstances.

My life is so good, but I am not happy…

When we are not living an authentic life, it doesn’t matter how many bells and whistles we have.

I help you delve the depths of who you really are. What is true? What is good? What is beautiful…to you?

We take some time to explore your beliefs, morals, and values. We look at how you are living them in your life, and how you can live them more authentically.

We also discuss what science has discovered about the sources of happiness, and how to make sure you are incorporating all three into your life.

I, or a loved one, am having a faith crisis…

Many times, what feels like a crisis of faith is actually our brains moving to a new level of development, complete with its own challenges and perspective.

I will share with you from Adult Development Theory how best to support yourself, and your loved ones, through this process.

We will find your style, and show you how letting go of the lies you believe will help you access your unique super power.

I use story theory to help you understand what stage of development you are in, with its joys and challenges.

We talk about the best gift you can give your children, and how to let them be the heroes of their own stories.

We also talk about anxiety and depression from a church mission doctor’s point of view.

I can’t seem to find balance in my life…

I use polarities theory coaching to help you navigate work/life, other-care/self-care, or any other situation where you have two good things competing for your time and attention.

We will create an action plan that warns you when you start going too far in one direction and helps you get back in balance.

I will teach you the coaching philosophies of The Life Coach School, coach you, and teach you to coach yourself, focusing on your top three current negative emotions. You will learn how to be the boss of your brain, how to process negative emotion, and how to take control of your own happiness. You will also be able to share these insights with your loved ones.

I can also help you set an achievable goal with clean motives and plan it out in detail, including how to navigate each obstacle. Then I will hold you accountable for all of the small goals that get you to the big one, and coach you all along the way.

I usually meet with clients weekly or every other week, which is useful if you are committed to the optional reading selections. Sessions are 50 minutes long, personalized specifically for you and complete with worksheets from my digital workbook.

I usually meet online via Zoom, but if you are willing to travel to Cottonwood Heights, Utah, and would like to meet in person, I am happy to do that.
